How To Register

Public registration is now closed. We do have some spots remaining. To access an application, please email summerprogram@eriecatholic.org. A team member will respond with 24-48 hours to confirm availability and provide the necessary paperwork. Please note all paperwork must be submitted prior to the start of the program to secure your child's enrollment. Once paperwork is submitted, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the paperwork. Once the paperwork is approved, you will receive an enrollment confirmation and welcome email.

I still have my application. Now what?  Return your registration and paperwork to summerprogram@eriecatholic.org or by dropping off/mailing the packet to: Erie Catholic School System     525 East 34th Street, Erie PA 16504. The completed packet and a $30 registration check per child  must be received immediately to process for enrollment. Make checks payable to: Erie Catholic School System.

Age groups are based on the grade your child will enter in Fall 2025. All preschoolers must be potty-trained and have previously attended a preschool program. Field trip and bus costs are included in the weekly rate. Submit registration with a $30 non-refundable registration fee per child. Weekly rates includes breakfast, lunch, snack, and field trips. The Erie Catholic 2025 Summer Program sites -- Saint James School and Our Lady of Peace School -- are licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (PA DHS) and operate in compliance with state regulations.
