Tuition Assistance Program Overview
The Catholic School Tuition Assistance Programs are designed to provide tuition aid for students enrolled in a Catholic school in the Diocese of Erie. STAR Foundation
The STAR Foundation is a scholarship program that is funded through business contributions. For the 2020-21 school year, in excess of $1.1 million dollars was distributed to qualifying students. This assistance is for students who are enrolled in Catholic School grades K-12. You must meet the income guidelines set by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to qualify.
Star Foundation Application
St. Jude Angel Fund
St. Jude Schools and families are continually raising funds to help make Catholic Education a reality for everyone. The St. Jude Tuition Angel Fund is available for those famillies. Please contact the School office for details on this program. (814) 838-7676.
Junior Achievement Scholarship
Students in grades K - 11 living within the boundaries of or attending a low-achieving school district that will attend a participating private school providing JA programming are eligible for this scholarship worth up to $3,500. Application Deadline is April 1.
GECAC Scholarship
Students must be a residents of Erie County and attending a public or private school in grades K - 12 that requires tuition to attend. To be eligible for the scholarship, you must meet income guidelines. Application Deadline is April 20.
Tramontano Scholarship
Students must reside in Erie County and be entering grades K through 8th with a commitment to fulfill the school year. Application Deadline is May 21.
